Autumn Accessories

Making your home feel cosy as the autumn nights are drawing in is on everyones minds at the moment. We’re lucky enough to have enjoyed a little indian summer throughout September but this hasn’t stopped the evenings getting darker and nippier!

The easiest (and most budget friendly) way to cosy up your home is with accessories. Roll the rug back down that you put away for summer and give your wooly picnic blanket a wash as it’ll be perfect to drape over the sofa and curl up in.

Cushions are a simple way to update your home for autumn, adding warmth, texture and colour to make a room look inviting. You can have a browse of our full range here.

Once you’ve got your textiles in place, it becomes all about candles (for me anyway). At this time of year I tend to veer towards musky, heavy scents, usually fig based, with masculine notes like leather and smoke. Our rewined candle range has some perfect autumn scents, particularly the Pinot Noir and Cabernet.

If candles aren’t up your street our Jam Jam lamps will give a lovely warm glow (especially when used with a vintage style bulb).

And don’t forget the finishing touches, decorative accessories will make your home so inviting you won’t even notice or care that the curtains are closed at 7 o’clock!
