Titanic Hotel Liverpool

Last weekend we finally visited the Titanic Hotel, a beautiful warehouse conversion on the Liverpool docks. The renovation of the grade II listed warehouse has been well thought out to enhance the industrial features of the building whilst creating a relaxed, luxurious vibe for hotel guests.

The service was flawless from the minute we entered and continued in the Rum Bar, where we enjoyed afternoon coffee with a view of the stunning unrenovated warehouses opposite. After settling into our huge room (scroll down for more on that) we had a beautiful 3 course dinner in Stanley’s Grill, the food was flawless (as were the cocktails), we were sat at a beautiful reclaimed wood table next to huge steel framed windows out of which we watched the sunset (yes in winter…toddler dining times). How cool is the rope wall art in the bar area? Already thinking of ways I could add something similar to my home!

Back in the room (did I mention that the rooms are huge?) I relaxed in the equally huge bathroom, with generous sized bath, double sinks and walk in shower! Luxury towels and toiletries paired with dim lighting created the perfect environment to relax.

The room had a beautiful feature window with views of the dock, as the window isn’t huge there is lots of well thought out lighting options. Huge T.V (perfect for watching Cbeebies), coffee machine and high speed WiFi are all there in the room bringing the 19th century building into the 21st. Check out those copper desk tops…love!

The corridors really let the building shine with low lit lighting to enhance the natural light from the MASSIVE windows and edgy lit up room numbers.

Every little piece of stationary in the room was in keeping with the hotels heritage and identity which obviously meant it was ultra stylish (check out more polished copper tops).

The only facility we didn’t get to try was the Maya Blue wellness Spa due to us not having enough time, oh well it just means we will have to visit again soon!
