Last year I completed an epic remote interior design project, a 3 bedroomed townhouse with 2 bathrooms & a garden. The property is used as a holiday let so all planning, budgeting and shopping lists needed to be completed remotely…from the U.K…for a property in Spain! Sourcing everything took a while as I needed to make sure the products were delivered or in stock & available at short notice. For the final install of the property we had 3 days, yup 3 DAYS to turnover a 3 bedroomed house with 2 bathrooms, a large living dining space AND a garden. It was intense, at times I felt like I was in an episode of Changing Rooms from the 90s but we did it and I’m so happy with the end result. We created a modern rustic, beach house vibe which is perfect as the property is only a 5 minute walk from the most beautiful unspoilt beach (complete with beach bar serving the best seafood).

So as I shared in my previous blog post, a big thing happening this year (fingers crossed) is our little families big move to Spain. As a result of this move I’m taking on more work/opportunities based there alongside U.K based work so I’m happy to say that from now I’m managing the rental for the owner & will be the first point of contact on Airbnb & HomeAway. This is very exciting for me as we plan to have our own holiday rentals eventually.
The house is perfect for families with it’s private, secure garden and the communal pools, it has a well equipped kitchen, 3 lovely bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. We’re heading out to stay very soon for a family break so I’ll be able to document how well it works for us as a family over on my Instagram stories.
I’m not going to lie, I cannot wait to stay! If you’d like some information on the property & it’s suitability for your vacation then just drop me an email or direct message & I can help or checkout the property on HomeAway and Airbnb.
